SaniTrend™ Cloud software added to any automated cleaning system; enables fully automated reporting functionality, in addition to OEE, dashboards, notifications, and more.

SUN PRAIRIE, Wisc. ─ Sani-Matic has expanded its service offering through launch of a new online cleaning cycle reporting software, SaniTrend Cloud.  An online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), SaniTrend Cloud provides automated, secure data acquisition and reporting of critical cleaning cycle information for use with any automated clean-In-place (CIP) or clean-out-of-place (COP) cleaning system.

Additional features such as live dashboards, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) values for each cycle, trending, event and alarm history, preventive maintenance (PM) tracking, documentation storage, and notifications all provide actionable insights and data into cleaning system operation.

The online CIP and COP reporting software is accessed in an online internet browser through use of computer, tablet, or mobile devices and allows for remote user collaboration.

Cleaning cycle reports are provided for every cleaning cycle with critical TACT (Time, Action, Chemical, Temperature) parameters being recorded.  These reports help food and beverage manufacturers meet the latest food safety requirements of reporting on critical cleaning processes, such as those outlined by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) law enforced by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

SaniTrend Cloud technology is powered by PTC’s Internet of Things (IoT) ThingWorx platform.  PTC and Rockwell Automation are key partners in the digital transformation of Sani-Matic’s automated cleaning systems.
