Designed for food and beverage processing applications, COP Parts Washers use recirculated cleaning solution and sanitary jet agitation to thoroughly clean items such as fittings, gaskets, clamps, hoses, pipes and valves.

 Built around a proven sanitary design, Sani-Matic COP Parts Washers circulate heated cleaning solution through sanitary jet manifolds to create the agitation needed for effective parts cleaning.

  • 304 stainless steel wetted construction
  • 32 µin Ra tank interior finish with welds ground smooth
  • Sanitary side jet manifolds for rolling cleaning action
  • Recirculating centrifugal pump system
  • In-tank steam heating
  • Adjustable feet for stationary installation
  • Available in 4', 6', 8', 10' and 12' lengths
  • Four tank series to accommodate different part sizes and applications
  • Factory tested prior to shipment

The standard side jets create rolling agitation within the tank and are intended especially for smaller parts and fittings. The deeper PW tanks use four side jets, while the UW, RW and TW series use dual side jets.
