2025 Hygienic Component Solutions Catalog –
Product Updates

Join us and learn about the newly launched 2025 Hygienic Component Solutions Catalog from Sani-Matic.

We will provide an overview of all of our products, as well as focus on new product additions, changes to the catalog, and also highlight our digital version of the catalog and associated features of this tool.

Highlights of the new catalog include:

✅ New options for our Y-Strainers – The model key for the Y-Strainer now has options for perforated elements designed for use with filter tubes, as well as a hot water jacket option that allows for running hot water through a jacket on the strainer to keep product like chocolate warm and flowing.

✅ 0.001″ Wedgewire for Angle-Line Strainers – a new small slot size wedgewire option is available for all 4″ angle-line and straight-line strainers and the 6″ body (high-capacity) angle-line strainers.

✅ A new Sample Valve offering that is 3-A certified, and lower in cost – available with strainers on a drain/sample port or for integration into your process.

✅ The TANKO® GC is a new pop-out spray device that can be flush mounted to the inside of a vessel, making it completely unobtrusive during the production process with no risk of collision with agitators, mixers, or scraper blades.

✅ Our Static Spray Balls’ model key has a new 270° Up – Vertical Mount spray pattern – perfect for tanks not needing any center downwards spray.

✅ Services to support products have been added throughout the catalog – including passivation and custom etching for static spray balls and magnetic trap recertification for our magnetic traps.

✅ The popular Alignment Pin for our Tee-Line Strainers is now standard!

✅ New Dimensional Information – important dimensional information has been added throughout the catalog, notably with more information on TANKO® S clips and dual strainer assembly stands.

Hygienic Spray Deflector

Learn more about Sani-Matic’s new patented component, the Hygienic Spray Deflector, with a live demonstration and overview.

The Hygienic Spray Deflector is designed for vessels where spray devices are used to clean the interior. These vessels include CIP tanks, process tanks, bioreactors and fermenters.

It redirects sprayed solution back into the process tank, without inhibiting tank port cleaning. When following the recommended spray device operating requirements, the Hygienic Spray Deflector’s design reduces solution from exiting open-to-atmosphere tanks – and reduces vent filter saturation and the potential for a burst rupture disk.

Sani-Matic’s patented Hygienic Spray Deflector features a tri-clamp connected vent housing with an interior reversed dish designed to deflect spray solution from exiting a tank vent during CIP.

This helps to minimize solution spray out of vent ports during CIP process, which reduces wasted CIP solution and improves plant floor safety.
