An option is a feature or component that is added to a product at time of purchase. This may involve removing components such as the heater, using specific brand parts, or accommodating particular manufacturing requests, such as material finishes. Unfortunately, to maintain consistent pricing and lead times, we cannot accommodate any custom options for individually purchased CyClean Part Washers.
If you are an OEM or you are looking to purchase multiple CyClean Part Washers, please contact us to discuss your needs further.
The CyClean product line does offer several accessories that can be added to a product after purchase. If you have any questions about our available accessories or if you don’t see an accessory that meets your application requirements, please reach out to us so we can discuss your application in more detail.
The amount of water used during a wash cycle depends on the number of steps involved. The CyClean is classified as a “fill and dump” parts washer, meaning that at the beginning of each step, a specific amount of fresh water is added to the CyClean. This water is then recirculated during the step before the used water is disposed of down the drain.
The CyClean can be configured to operate with anywhere from 1 to 4 steps, with each step using approximately 20 gallons of water. Most applications typically use 40 gallons, but depending on your CyClean’s configuration, the total water usage can range from 20 to 80 gallons.
Yes. The CyClean features programmable system limits that can be set by authorized personnel. You can easily adjust the maximum temperature limit to a level that will not damage your parts. If the CyClean detects that the water temperature exceeds this limit, it will stop operating and display an error code indicating that the water temperature has gone beyond the set limits.
The frequency at which you inspect and clean your strainers is very much dependent on your unique application. We recommend that you inspect your strainers often until you are able to develop a maintenance schedule that will accommodate needs.
Every application is unique, and cleaning requirements can vary significantly, making it challenging to provide a definitive answer.
To help you determine if the CyClean is the right solution for your needs, CleanWorx offers a part cleaning and evaluation service. During this service, your parts will be cleaned in a CyClean Parts Washer, allowing us to assess whether this cleaning solution meets your requirements. You’ll receive a written report, complete with pictures and our professional recommendation based on the results. While your presence during the cleaning test is not mandatory, we encourage you to attend so you can see the results firsthand.
