SaniCab ® P Cabinet Washers

The Scale Bucket-Piston Filler-Tray-Pallet-Bucket-Barrel-Hose-and More Washer

The Sani-Matic SaniCab P is an automated, versatile cabinet washer designed to improve food and beverage processors’ productivity and cleaning results for a wide variety of product contact items. These items include scale buckets or weigh hoppers, totes, barrels, piston fillers, trays, buckets, hoses, buggies, and more.

Increased Productivity and Repeatable Cleaning Results

Food, beverage, personal care, and nutraceutical manufacturers face ongoing pressure to increase productivity while also meeting the sanitation preventive controls demands of FSMA and HACCP. With SaniCab cleaning cycles as short as 10 minutes,  racks designed to optimize productivity, a sanitary design, and documentation capabilities, manufacturers can achieve both.

Easy-to-Specify

The SaniCab P Configured Design Offering is model key driven and accompanied by a detailed Technical Datasheet for easy specification. If your process requires a system outside of the pre-engineered offering, Alternative Design Requests are accommodated with a custom-engineered solution.

Quick Tips

Looking to reduce your water consumption?

The SaniCab is specifically designed around having a low sump volume, which results in less water being used each cycle. Additional water savings can be obtained by reusing the final rinse water in the next pre-rinse cycle or by including a remote holding tank to store and reuse water.

Quick Tips

Moving towards Plastic Pallets?

The SaniCab P565 model can clean up to seven (7) standard size shipping pallets on our standard pallet rack, in as little as 10-15 minutes.

Racks Designed for Your Process

Racks are used within the SaniCab chamber to hold the process parts to be washed. The racks are manually rolled on wheels from a transfer cart to the cabinet chamber. With multiple racks, operators can clean diverse process parts with one capital equipment investment.

Each process and application has different parts that need to be cleaned and different process soils that need to be removed. For that reason, Sani-Matic engineers will will custom engineer your cart around your process parts and requirements. We can do this using pre-existing 3D models. If you don’t have 3D models, we offer various services for you to select from.

For common clean-out-of-place Sani-Matic does offer several standard designed racks for process parts such as scale buckets or weigh hoppers, 3- and 5-gallon buckets, pallets, totes, trays, and buggies.

Featured Options & Accessories

Buggy Inverter

The Buggy Inverter accessory allows buggies (with 200 – 600 lb. capacities) to be inverted and placed onto the Buggy Standard Active Rack when it is loaded onto a transfer cart for transport to the SaniCab system for automated, thorough cleaning. After being cleaned and unloaded from the cabinet, the Buggy Inverter reverts the buggy from the rack back onto the ground.

Active Rack

The Chamber Rotary Sprays & Active Coupler option adds an active coupler distribution zone to the cabinet washer supply . This zone, when combined with an active rack, allows for cleaning of hard-to-access areas of container-like parts (e .g ., jugs with narrow openings), the insides of long narrow parts (e .g ., hoses), and other complex parts.

Automated Conveyorized Mesh Screen

The Automated Conveyorized Mesh Screen option replaces the manual perforated screen tray strainer with a conveyorized strainer to the sump of the washer . This option is used for applications with large soil loads that do not dissolve in the initial rinse water . The soils are rinsed off the parts during the first rinse phase of the cleaning cycle and automatically conveyed out of the chamber.
