SaniTrend® Cloud Cleaning Reports (CR)

Everything Needed for Automated CIP and COP Data Collection

SaniTrend® Cloud Cleaning Reports (CR) is an automated software solution providing secure acquisition and storage of critical cleaning cycle data. SaniTrend Cloud CR can replace traditional data collection methods like manual records or paper chart recorders.

SaniTrend Cloud CR can be integrated into automated Sani-Matic Clean-In-Place (CIP) Systems and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Systems, like cabinet washers.  

Three product tiers of the CR family are available – Essentials, Insights, and Insights+. The Essentials tier includes reporting of all critical cleaning data (e.g., temperature, conductivity, flow) along with features like dashboards and email and text notifications.

The Insights and Insights+ tiers add additional features such as OEE trends, event logs, and preventive maintenance (PM) tracking all of which increase visibility into the efficiency of both the system and its operators.

Does SaniTrend Cloud CR meet Industry Standards?

Yes! All tiers of CR helps to meet FSMA and HACCP requirements for reporting, and meets PMO requirements for electronic records [Appendix H, Section V (Criteria for the Evaluation of Electronic Data Collection, Storage, and Reporting)].

Additionally, the Insights+ tier meets 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records and electronic signatures.
