SaniTrend® Cloud Cleaning Reports is a cloud-based software platform that elminates the need for paper chart recorders or other additional hardware and helps to meet FSMA and HACCP requirements for reporting.
The cloud-based SaniTrend® Cloud CR reporting system interfaces with a Sani-Matic cleaning system’s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to collect, store, and organize cleaning wash cycle data. Users can access cleaning cycle information through live dashboards and cycle-based reports, making it easier to review, comment on, approve, and share cleaning documentation from any location with an internet connection.
SaniTrend® Cloud CR helps reduce reliance on manual data collection, paper chart recorders, and disconnected reporting methods while giving teams better visibility into cleaning system performance, documentation, maintenance needs, and compliance-related reporting.

How Does it work?
SaniTrend® Cloud CR connects to the Sani-Matic cleaning system PLC to automatically capture cleaning wash cycle data.
Data is securely transmitted to the cloud. Store and forward capabilities help preserve data if internet connectivity is temporarily interrupted.
Operating Requirements
SaniTrend® Cloud CR is designed for Sani-Matic automated, PLC-controlled cleaning systems, such as CIP or COP systems.
Typical requirements include an Allen-Bradley® CompactLogix™ or higher PLC processor, broadband internet access through Ethernet or WiFi, and an internet browser, with Chrome recommended. An optional WiFi access module can be used for wireless connectivity, and a screen size of 1920 x 1080 is recommended for the best viewing experience.
Before using Sani-Matic [SaniTrend® Cloud Insights], we used paper chart records that were basically a line graph of temperature, conductivity, etc. throughout the entire CIP run, printed on a 8.5 x 11 sheet. [SaniTrend® Cloud] is drastically better because the information is more detailed, accurate, available, visible, and filterable.
It is much easier to record and review sanitation activity on one portal, instead of having to consult printed records and then manually record activity and details on separate paper forms. One of my favorite features is the Cycle Data report.
