Options

  • Tank Insulation – Helps conserve heat and provides additional personnel protection.
  • Stationary Skid – Replace the mobile caster design with adjustable feet for a permanent installation.
  • Heating Options – Choose from an in-tank steam sparger, steam heat exchanger or 30 kW electric heater.
  • Supply Flow & Pressure Control – Add variable pump speed control for applications requiring different cleaning flow or pressure settings.
  • Flow & Pressure Monitoring – Monitor critical CIP supply and return conditions.
  • Chemical Monitoring & Control – Use conductivity monitoring to help manage chemical concentration and verify rinse conditions.
  • Local Chemical Addition – Add one or two chemical pump assemblies, with optional on-skid chemical reservoirs.
  • Supply Strainer – Help protect spray devices and other process equipment from debris.
  • Air Blow – Use compressed air to help evacuate water from process piping during drain steps.

HOW IT WORKS

The CIP Mini connects to the CIP supply and return points of the equipment being cleaned along with the required facility utilities. Once the system is connected, the operator selects the appropriate cleaning recipe from the HMI and starts the cycle.

The CIP Mini then automatically controls the programmed cleaning sequence. A typical cycle may include steps such as a pre-rinse, chemical wash, intermediate rinse and final rinse, with heating, chemical addition and other functions incorporated depending on the system configuration.

Once cleaning is complete, a mobile CIP Mini can be disconnected and moved or stored until it is needed again.
