SUN PRAIRIE, Wisc, August 07, 2025 — Sani-Matic, Inc. a Sun Prairie, WI-based manufacturer of automated cleaning technology, hygienic component solutions, services, and data & analytics products for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, has announced the acquisition of Douglas Machines Corp., located in Clearwater, Florida. This strategic acquisition combines two long-established and successful companies, expanding their market share and offering customers the broadest range of automated cleaning equipment in the food & beverage production, food service and pharmaceutical industries.

Douglas Machines Corp, headquartered in Clearwater, Florida since 1979, is an industry leader in providing innovative and robust commercial cleaning and sanitizing systems in the growing bakery, food service, and beverage industries. They specialize in both high-volume cleaning applications with modular and customizable upgrades, as well as a complete line of standard equipment for industrial pan, bucket, vat, and rack washers.
