Cleaning Evaluations Available
Each cleaning evaluation includes a Training Lab Equipment & Utilities Use fee to cover our facilities costs, time to set up, teardown, and clean the equipment. In addition, each Cleaning Evaluation gets a formal report that will walk through each step of the process and include a lot of detailed pictures. This report is a great asset in planning and determining how you will use this equipment in your facility.
Choose from the available Cleaning Evaluations below. A Cleanability Evaluation Technician will review the application and develop a test plan based on your requirements.
SaniCab P
If you are unsure where to start, this is our most versatile cleaning solution. The customizability within a SaniCab P allows us to make endless changes, helping us better define the right washer for your application.
This option does include an option to dry your parts after a wash cycle is complete.
Standard Cleaning Evaluation Includes:
- Up to 2 hours – preparation & cleanup
- Up to 4 hours – cleaning evaluation
- Use of on-site chemicals (EcoLab Conquest or Spearhead)
- Up to 4 hours – analysis & documentation
- Successful test defined by:
- Before & after ATP results (if applicable)
- Visual inspection
- Extremely detailed, multi-page report with our recommendations
CyClean 35
A CyClean 35 cleanability evaluation will allow us to determine if this washer is the correct choice for your application or if you need a higher-level performance washer like the SaniCab P.
Standard Cleaning Evaluation Includes:
- Up to 2 hours – preparation & cleanup
- Up to 2 hours – cleaning evaluation
- Use of on-site chemicals (EcoLab Conquest or Spearhead)
- Up to 2 hours – analysis & documentation
- Successful test defined by:

COP Parts Washer
The COP Parts Washer cleanability evaluation is only able to determine if the COP Part Washer is right for your application.
Standard Cleaning Evaluation Includes:
- Up to 4 hours – preparation & cleanup
- Up to 6 hours – cleaning evaluation
- Use of on-site chemicals (EcoLab Conquest or Spearhead)
- Up to 4 hours – analysis & documentation
- Successful test defined by:
- Before & after ATP results (if applicable)
- Visual inspection
- Extremely detailed, multi-page report with our recommendations
