HOW it works
Load the Rack
Dirty process parts are positioned on the appropriate rack. The rack sits on a transfer cart that allows it to be moved from the process area to the SaniCab P.
Transfer Into the Chamber
The transfer cart aligns with the washer rails, allowing the rack to roll directly into the chamber. The cart is then removed and the chamber door is closed.
Select the Cleaning Recipe
From the touchscreen, the operator selects the appropriate cleaning recipe and starts the automated cycle.
Automated Cleaning
Cleaning solution is recirculated through rotary spray assemblies positioned around the chamber, providing repeatable spray coverage throughout the programmed rinse and wash phases.
Unload Clean Parts
When the cycle is complete, the rack is transferred back onto the cart and moved to the process area for unloading.
Featured Options & Accessories
Active Rack Distribution Zones
If you have parts with complex geometry or difficult to clean places, strategically placed spray balls and rotary sprays can be incorporated onto the Rack. During the cleaning process, an additional valve will open supplying water to a coupler inside the washer, activating these strategically placed spray devices to create a unique cleaning option. This allows for unique parts such as jugs, carboys, and even hoses to be effectively cleaned inside and out.
