Sani-Matic Sanitary Dryer L-HP systems automate the drying of process lines and small equipment after CIP. Available in three sizes for lines from 1.0" to 4.0", the Sanitary Dryer L-HP uses HEPA-level uses filtration, a regenerative blower with VFD control, electric heating, and temperature, pressure, and flow monitoring to support controlled drying performance.

- 304 stainless steel enclosure and frame with access panels
- Regenerative blower with VFD
- Inlet and discharge silencers
- Pressure relief valve
- Pre-filter, 99% efficient to 2 micron
- 18 kW electric heater
- Temperature, pressure and flow monitoring
- Controls for CIP system integration
- HEPA filter housing
- HEPA filter element, 99.97% efficient to 0.3 micron
- Differential pressure monitoring across the HEPA housing
Sanitary Dryer L-HP Models
The HP line of the Sanitary Dryer adds additional filtration through use of a HEPA filter, while maintaining the above specifications.
