Pete Ensch

Pete has 30+ years of experience growing businesses with innovation and engineered solutions. A strategic executive with extensive business development, continuous improvement, and international experience. He joined Sani-Matic after selling a private equity-based automation controls company to a strategic buyer.

Pete is passionate about understanding customer and end-market needs and providing superior solutions and services. He enjoys building high performance teams that put customers first and drive for results. A process driven leader, he believes “there is always time for a little more efficiency”.

When Pete is not driving growth initiatives, he loves to be outside, enjoying the great outdoors, hiking, paddling, fishing, and hunting. He most enjoys traveling with his wife and photographing their adventures and explorations.

Bryan Downer

Bryan has helped manufacturing companies excel for nearly three decades by adhering to collaborative, integrative processes that guide teams to success. He joined Sani-Matic after serving as the vice president of sales and product management for a hygienic components and systems integrator. He brings with him strong sales and engineering leadership experience—and extensive industry knowledge.

In his role, Bryan enjoys acting as a conduit for customers to improve their processes. He strives to provide distinctive value to the market by developing strong internal teams and building an external network of valuable and trusted collaborators. He also appreciates “the deep pride felt knowing we contribute to providing safer consumer products”.

Beyond his everyday responsibilities at Sani-Matic, Bryan is very involved contributing to the global improvement of hygienic design through his volunteer work with committees including 3-A SSI, EHEDG, ASME BPE, FISA, and OPx.

When Bryan isn’t working, volunteering, or educating, he enjoys time with his family, participating in church activities, playing golf, scuba diving, and backpacking.

VP of Sales & Marketing

Justin Jaeck

Justin Jaeck has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in various roles including Information Technology, Professional Services, Operations and Engineering. Upon joining Sani-Matic, Justin established the company’s Tactical Solutions business and built the foundation for rapid growth of the sanitary and hygienic components offering.

In his current role as Vice President of Operations, Justin guides an extraordinary group of individuals which comprise the Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Tactical Solutions teams. In 2022, this responsibility expanded to execute the vision and creation of the Customer Success Team whose goal is to provide an unparalleled customer onboarding experience and nurture long term relationships with those who have invested in Sani-Matic’s innovative solutions.

When not pondering sanitary cleaning quandaries, Justin spends his time traveling, cooking, and enjoying concerts and festivals…expertly paired with wine, family, and friends.

VP of Operations

Matt Fick

Matt Fick has spent his career helping businesses develop leadership accountability through a culture of financial transparency. He joined Sani-Matic following a role as controller and director of business administration and financial management for a project-based aerospace company.

As the director of finance, Matt most enjoys guiding the leadership team toward solid financial awareness, “so each department develops informed strategic initiatives and goals that are beneficial to the company as a whole.”

When Matt isn’t preparing comprehensive financial data for the Sani-Matic leadership team, he is participating in a variety of outdoor activities with his family, from boating and water skiing to hiking and snowshoeing.

VP of Finance

Adam Porter

Adam Porter has spent most of his career servicing the manufacturing industry, leading the human resources function bringing his high energy, enthusiastic personality to his organizations. Since joining Sani-Matic, he has helped strengthen the company’s culture through adding enhancements for safety awareness, providing pathways that allow for more collaborative communications and aligning talent acquisition needs that support the growth of the organization. In his role as vice president of human resources, Adam oversees all areas of the human resources function, along with oversight of the safety and facilities management teams.

As a human resources leader, Adam most enjoys interacting with employees from all areas of the organization, providing training enrichments for human capital development and discovering each employee’s passion so he can help find opportunities within the company for them to grow. After all, “a passionate employee creates a quality product.”

When Adam is not busy bolstering Sani-Matic’s human capital needs, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in various outdoor activities and staying active within the community.
