Optional Documentation

  • Functional Design Specification (FRS)
    A detailed operational specification will be provided to the customer in the Sani-Matic format for review and approval.
  • Control System Design Specification  (HRS and SRS)
    A detailed specification on the control components and software will be provided to the customer in the Sani-Matic format for review and approval.
  • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Report
    Sani-Matic will perform and document the Factory Acceptance Testing of the system prior to shipment. Testing will include a step-by-step written verification test of all software and hardware functions. The Factory Acceptance Test Protocol will be provided in Sani-Matic’s standard format and submitted top the customer for review and approval.
  • Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Document
    Sani-Matic will provide a documented procedure to assist with the customer’s Site Acceptance Test. The document will include a step-by-step written verification test of all software and hardware functions. The document will be based on the Sani-Matic FAT and written in Sani-Matic format.
  • IQ/OQ Document
    Sani-Matic will provide a documented method for verification to insure the system has been properly installed and that it is operating as designed. The document will be submitted to the customer for review and approval.
  • Cleaning and Passivation Report
    Factory passivation will be performed and documented on all solution contact surfaces. The procedure will be performed according to Sani-Matic’s standard procedure and format. A certificate of passivation will be provided upon completion.
  • Weld Video Record (Digital recording of boroscope weld inspection)
    Electronic documentation of the boroscope inspection of the system’s sanitary tubing welds will be provided with each weld record annotated for identification of the weld and critical data.
  • Instrument Data Sheets
    Data sheets for the instruments included with the washer will be provided in the standard Sani-Matic format which is based on the ISA format.
  • Seismic Zone Certification
    A certified engineer will perform seismic calculations. The engineer will be practicing in the state that the system will be installed. Documentation will be included for verification.
  • Hydrostatic Test Report
    Sani-Matic will provide hydrostatic testing according to standard procedures based on ASME guidelines. A report of the hydrostatic test will be provided upon completion.
  • CSA & CRN Certification Addition
    Sani-Matic will provide the control system with a CSA certification and CRN number for the heat exchanger for operation in Canada.
