Cabinet Washers
Cabinet Washers for the Bio-Pharm Industry
Sani-Matic Cabinet Washers are custom designed and manufactured to ensure efficient, automated batch cleaning processes. Each Cabinet Washer comes with our exclusively designed sanitary spray assemblies that move to distribute cleaning solution evenly throughout the washer. These oscillating high-impact manifolds efficiently remove difficult residues from both interior and exterior product contact surfaces while the PLC controls the cleaning cycle to ensure a consistent and easy to validate process.
Sani-Matic Pharma-Cab Washers come with custom designed racks that are transported on standard and custom designed carts, allowing easy loading and transport of parts with minimal handling.
Sani-Matic IBC Washers are custom engineered to contain, control and remove product residue and cleaning solutions - as well as ensure thorough rinsing and drying if required. Designs can accommodate multiple sizes of vessels or containers and automated loading/unloading systems are available for large capacity systems.
Cabinet Washer Applications include:
Injectable Liquids/Potent Compounds/API’s/Solid Dosage/Creams/Lotions/ OTC’s

Pharma-Cab Washers
Pharma-Cab Washers for the Bio-Pharm Industry
Sani-Matic Pharma-Cab Washers are multi-purpose cabinet washers engineered to thoroughly clean a wide variety of items such as trays, pans, pots, buckets, totes, drums, hoses and utensils using a repeatable, automated process. Our exclusively designed rotating spray bars ensure that cleaning solutions are evenly distributed inside the washer, providing complete and consistent coverage. Our unique rack-on-a-cart design improves cleaning efficiencies by reduced handling, minimizing cross-contamination, and maximizing the number of units cleaned per documented cleaning cycle.
Sani-Matic Pharma-Cab advantages:
- Eliminates repetitive handling of items to be cleaned
- Prevents cross-contamination from floor residue
- Reduces installation costs by eliminating need for a ramp or pit
- Active sprays on rack ensures full coverage of washed items
 |

IBC Tote Washers
IBC Tote Washers for the Bio-Pharm Industry
Sani-Matic IBC Tote Washers offer the ideal solution for washing IBC’s, totes, tablet bins, and other vessels that contain hazardous or non-hazardous compounds. In addition to thoroughly and automatically cleaning the process items, the washer is also designed to clean the interior of the cabinet, which provides the operator protection from product residue. Containment is provided by an inflatable door seals and a HEPA filtered exhaust vent. To provide pass through operation, Sani-Matic IBC Tote Washers provide an additional door option that may be added to the cabinet, creating a “dirty” side and “clean” side configuration. This arrangement allows the washer to be mounted through a wall, which provides further isolation and containment.
Cabinet Options
 |
|
If the IBC tote is placed in the cabinet with the cover still in place, an optional mechanism engages and removes the cover of the tote automatically. A sensor monitors removal and a separate spray assembly cleans the cover. After the cycle is complete, the cover is automatically replaced. |
| |
|
|
 |
|
IBC totes containing hazardous materials are equipped with a “passive” containment valve. In these instances, an optional floor-mounted “active” mechanism may be added to automatically open the containment valve for the wash cycle.
